Mom’s, did you know you don’t have to pee your pants anymore? We discuss signs and symptoms of a weak pelvic floor, explain an abdominal split (Diastasis Recti), and give you a checklist for how to know if you need pelvic floor therapy. We interview Physical Therapist and pelvic floor expert Christina McGee on how Mom’s (and non-Mom’s) could benefit from pelvic floor therapy and what they can expect in their healing process. Christina encourages our listeners to change talk around symptoms to "common, not normal" and get everyone functioning better.
