Petra Deuter has built her career within the travel industry working her way to sit proudly as the Executive Director for Iconic Luxury Hotels and International Head of Talent Development for L+R Hotels.

Petra inherited the travel bug and her adventurous spirit from her parents at a young age and her quest to see the world, learn new cultures and speak different languages inspired her to get out into the working world at 16. She secured one of her very first jobs working with Lufthansa airlines which after 15 years she become Managing Director before entering into the hotel sector fulfilling a number of executive roles for large, reputable global brands.
