In this week's episode language coach Melissa Chapman, shares her immigration story, how living abroad and learning French felt and how her experiences motivate her to do the work of empowering and lifting up non native English speakers.

Melissa is going to explain what happens in the brain when speaking a second language, why sometimes we forget words from our first language and why we seem to have more than one personality depending on the language that we are speaking.

I know that I'm not the only one that has felt less confident, less smart or less "myself" when speaking a second language and in this interview we explored ways to gain that confidence back.

YOU are not alone.

Enjoy this interview!
