If you’re tech-savvy, but have little experience in coding and programming, start out with a Bachelors of Science in Software Development.The Bachelor of Science in Software Development accelerated degree is designed to provide coding and technology skills a software developer needs to design and create applications for businesses and consumers. You will gain skills in analyzing user needs, designing, coding, testing, and upgrading computer applications and system software. You will have hands-on practice in programming with Java, Web applications, and designing and managing database systems. If you have a foundational understanding of computers and an interest in information technology you may be ready for a degree in Software Development.
