EP38 | Zak Gabor - Culture and MORE Leveling Up

Continuing on with the Boston PT and Wellness campaign, we chat with Zak Gabor who is  no stranger to the show. He was on for episode 24 which you all should go check out after this episode.

We discuss Zak's role at the clinic and of course, we touch on the Level Up Initiative, where it's at and where it's going. Enjoy the episode!

Bio:
Zak Gabor received his DPT in 2015 from Ithaca College. Throughout college, he served as TA for multiple courses including MSK exam and gross anatomy, as well as getting his CSCS and personal training at the Ithaca College Fitness Center. 

Since graduating, Zak has landed his dream job at Boston PT and Wellness in Boston, Ma, where he gets to practice for a company that values quality, strength training, and teamwork. In addition to clinical practice, Zak is extremely passionate about educating. He has co created an education workshop based on S&C and pain science concepts which he has taught across the country, as well as serving as an adjunct professor for a 1 credit elective "Strength training concepts in Outpatient Orthopedics" for a Boston DPT program. 

Finally, Zak has recently founded an online educational platform, The Level Up Initiative, dedicated to mentoring students and new grads with the skills and mindset necessary to be drivers of positive change in the profession.
