Today’s episode is part 1 of my conversation with Dr Stephen Grebby, who received his PhD in Geological Remote Sensing from the University of Leicester and who is currently an Assistant Professor in Earth Observation at the University of Nottingham.

In this episode we discussed how his work on remote sensing and geological mapping helps us understand the geography of our planet, and what applications using satellites and other remote sensing techniques have in the real world, including preventing natural disasters.
