Today, I discuss the last principle that you need to really see results from your fitness journey, and this is a biggy.

 

Discipline

 

The unsung hero, but also what most people miss which is why they don't see results. Discipline is holding yourself accountable, saying no when you need too, and doing what needs to be done when it needs to be done. For example, working out, nobody wants to do it, but it's gotta get done.

 

It's having that sense of accountability and remaining consistent.
