Carolyn has an extensive background in both performing and teaching in the marching arts activity! In this episode, she shares all about her upbringing in Clifton Park, NY, her color guard journey, and the road that eventually lead her to study neuroscience and physical therapy.

She also gives us some practical tips on ways to add a little more physical activity to our lives and how making small adjustments to our work environments, (especially if we're working from home) can benefit our bodies. Lastly, she touches on a three step approach she likes to take when trying to create different habits.

Carolyn has such a passion for the marching arts activity and connecting with others. This is a fantastic episode with some very open and vulnerable moments and we think it's going to impact a lot of people!
