We’re headed to Lake Superior in Hour 3 to talk with Sara Kimar of Kimar’s Charters and Resort. Sara’s dad, Dave was the first captain to offer lake trout fishing trips on Stannard Rock. The family still offers those trips today. We wrap it up with Chef Dixie Dave Minar and another great recipe.
