This week we begin our 3-part series on the how and why of Magnesium supplementation for migraine. We revisit the role of magnesium in our body's enzymatic processes, and look at several different tests for magnesium deficiency.

We discuss the serum magnesium test, the RBC and WBC magnesium tests, the cell smear test and the ionized magnesium test. We also mention some great research and further reading, and you can find the links to some fantastic resources below. Join us for part 1 of our series on magnesium!
