Everyday is a beautiful day - we just need to take the time to appreciate it. This quick positive affirmation meditation helps you feel the beauty of the day, inside and out. 

This is my take on Abraham Hicks' rampage of appreciation. Abraham Hicks teaches about the Law of Attraction. Essentially, we attract what we feel. If we feel appreciation for each and every moment, we attract more moments that cause us to feel appreciation.

This is a gratitude meditation, one that can be practiced while multitasking any safe activity* (see disclaimer below) to help you feel exactly as you desire to feel.
