Hey hero, this is totally different than usual - but I gotta go where inspiration takes me, right? I'm not even sure I understand what all of this means but I sure hope you find it helpful/useful in assisting you in aligning with peace for the rest of your day.

This peaceful meditation can be practiced while walking, working, cooking or any other safe activity. In fact, I recommend moving in some way during this as it is all about going with the flow and you can practice having your body move in a way that feels like "flow."
