My Personal Philosophy
I strongly believe in establishing credibility and having experience to fall back on if you want to be a thought leader on a topic. If you are going to pursue the world of podcasting and speak on a specific topic, then you, by definition, are striving to become a thought leader. So, the advice you will get from me is to have experience in what you are talking about.
