Icing Myself out of the Comfort Zone [A Solo Episode]

This is my ice bath story. First time I have ever gone into an ice bath and really sat with the uncomfortable feelings. This is about getting to understand that in the process of growth, it's not always going to be rainbows and flowers, there's going to be challenges and moments of uncomfort that you have to sit with. Think about those moments in your life in which you have grown through those moments, and really celebrate that process!!My entrepreneurship has had many of those moments of having to get out of my comfort and been challenged, but through perseverance, you can get through anything.
