What kind of hope do you have? Is it an “I hope so” hope or an “I know so” hope? As we continue to celebrate Christ’s Easter victory, God’s Word helps us to see that we have a victorious hope through Jesus. In Ephesians 1, we see that having victorious hope in Christ means that even though Jesus gloriously ascends into heaven, we can be confident that we will see him again. We have no need for sadness because Christ has taken up his power to reign. His glorious rule for our sake knows no bounds. The victorious hope of Easter is therefore a glorious hope!
