   Its April.  On this Ep of The Mentally Screwed Podcast I discuss how, If you haven’t started to work on the summer body you want, then now is the time. If you can stay consistent for 2 months straight, then you can make a lot of changes to your body.  Two months is still a great amount of time that allows you to make changes to your body in a healthy way, rather then jumping on another fad diet or gimmick type device / supplement, that won’t last or work.  Stop with the yo yo dieting of losing weight or getting healthy and then going back into reverse again.
