In conversation with ... Yoga and wellbeing coach, founder of body and diversity platform Curvesome Yoga and new author Donna Noble. Donna tells us how the sudden onset of Bells Palsy (face paralysis) helped to play a part in finally quitting her stressful job and immersing herself fully  in the Yoga world. Donna shares tips on starting a regular yoga practise for absolute beginners stating that 'Every body is a Yoga body'. Now a published author Donnas new book "Teaching Body Posititve Yoga' (Jessica Kingsley publishers) is for tutors and students alike. An anthogology with her valuable contribution "Forgiveness is the hardest thing - a collection  of short stories'(Leschenault press)  has been avilable since January 2022.
