When it comes to women in our 30s that can actually seem a lot harder than when we were in our 20’s, spring chickens as it were

I believe 30’s are the new 20’s anyway so spring chicken right here haha

Sometimes if you’re busy with work life and family balance it can be difficult to draw together a plan that’s time savvy and one that works & isn’t a fad diet

So in part 1 this is for all my 30 something mummy’s and wonder women who need some encouragement on how to get savvy with nutrition the last few weeks of 2020 & hit 2021 running!
