Fall is my favorite season.

I mean, if you're a summer baby, maybe not—but for the rest of us who are just so excited about the color change in the leaves, and the smell of pumpkin spice lattes in the air, and even just the feeling of cozy sweaters and blankets on our skin… it's hard to beat. But as much as you love everything that comes with fall, it can be tough to keep up with with your fitness goals when all you want to do is cuddle up on your couch with a blanket under you and watch Hallmark after wrapping up with your lat client for the day.
