Something as simple as the golden rule can change the way you conduct meetings.

The ‘You be me, I’ll be you’ exercise builds on the idea that understanding a coworkers actions and the reasons behind them helps build teamwork.  It’s not unlike the same lessons we learned as kids with more complex dynamics.
