During menopause, these doshas play a significant role in determining a woman's experience and symptoms. In this podcast episode, I am discussing how understanding the Ayurvedic constitution can help tailor personalized treatments, lifestyle modifications, and herbal remedies to manage menopausal symptoms effectively and promote overall well-being. By restoring balance within the doshas, Ayurveda aims to alleviate discomfort and support a smoother transition through this transformative phase of a woman's life.
