How many of us show up fully to our innermost thoughts and feelings?  

 

Do we accept both the good and bad emotions as tools that help us in our growth, or do we resist or suppress them? 

As leaders, we are often taught that we need to stay strong and stay positive in times of stress. Many times this leads us to push negative feelings aside or suppress them in hopes of appearing that we are in control. In reality, this causes us to become stuck on those negative emotions causing us to repeat old patterns.
