Being upset happens. And that’s ok. It’s a normal human response and acceptable to feel angry or frustrated, especially if you are trying your hardest to help a patient or colleague.

It is NOT acceptable to use anger when confronted with the slightest inconvenience or perceived disrespect. It not only is unacceptable, but it is unhealthy for you. It will lead to your burnout. It will lead to failure.
