One research study indicated that 50% of patients delayed seeking treatment for 6-months despite having bothersome symptoms. Providers should be up-to-date on the latest recommendations for the management of patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause.   Objectives  At the conclusion of this offering, the participant will be able to:  Define perimenopause and menopause. List the symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause.
