The ME&C Fellowship Program is a one-year learning experience designed to foster the development of individuals committed to a career in healthcare, business consulting and systems engineering. The Fellowship Program allows individuals to gain the practical experience necessary to meet the minimum requirements of a Health Systems Engineer.  Associates interface directly with Mayo Clinic Departments, division and committees from project kick-off to closure, with limited formal direction from supervisors or preceptors. Join a graduate of the ME&C Fellowship Program and current Health Systems Engineer Bailey Van Ommeren and host Tony Chihak as they discuss this unique opportunity.
