This world renowned Marriage Counselor/Author developed the love languages when he noticed that married couples who were once so in love, felt unloved by their partners years later. The languages describe how we give and receive love the best, and can really help us be supported in relationship to other.
But also... it can help us learn how to love ourselves!!
