Todd Palmer is the Founder and CEO of Extraordinary Advisors, a collaborative business advisory firm that promises to ‘Get. S#!t. He reveals how perfectionism was a block to completing the book and how listening to the wise words of Paul McCartney gave him a useful insight into surrendering a creative project to the public. We discuss the power of vulnerability when seeking guidance in the professional space and how ‘vulnerable’ means deeper connections, not weakness. We also discuss a four-step empowerment process you can use to deal with a current reality you want to change.
