Bonus Episode - A Meditation For Self Love

One of the greatest things I ever did for my mental health was to get out of my own way and learn to meditate. I tried out a number of different styles but the one that I get the most mental health benefit from is loving kindness meditation.
 
This form of meditiation involves feeling love for someone else, something most of us find quite easy. But then it involves showing it to ourselves as well. Something most of us find quite hard! During my experiments with loving kindness meditation I came up with this one which I call "One for you, one for me" where we almost mimic helping a baby to eat by example and we give love and take a copy of it at the same time.
