Rizpah? Who?
This Momma isn't one very well known amongst the moms we learn about in scripture. Tucked deep in a few verses in 2 Samuel 21, Rizpah's story is one of crime, bloodshed, and a moms mourning and sacrifice.
Her example of sitting vigil over her children's bodies, reminds me that as I stand by and watch God's plan for my children, my greatest responsibility as their mother is to sit vigil over their hearts, minds, lives and futures.
