Don't Give Up

Alyson is 15 years old, a high school freshman, second degree black belt legacy karate instructor, trap shooter, cello player and otherwise normal teenager. In this episode, she shares some of her experiences with balance and busyness, relationships and mental health over the last few years. Like many young people today, Alyson is empathetic and eager to inspire others in order to make the world a better place for her family, her friends and the kids who look up to her.
