Melisa will be sharing some of the things that inspired her to start the group and why she feels it's important for every doctor spouse to have a support network while going through the medical journey.

About Melisa

Melisa has been married to her husband Brad since 1999. Melisa started Lives of Doctors' Wives in 2009 to support women married to physicians in training and beyond. Melisa spends her free time volunteering in several organizations besides the Lives of Doctors’ Wives Foundation. She also serves as an admin on the Lives of Doctors’ Wives Facebook group and as a board member for Assistance in Health Care.
