Show Notes:

What places of your life do you feel doubt? Little did I know, after hearing someone ask me to breathe into the places of my life where I felt doubt, I would end up having an experience that turned my life upside down. We talk a lot about spirituality, growth, and mindset here on the podcast. In this episode, I’m sharing some personal experiences I’ve had on my own healing journey from messy action, to doing inner child work, breathwork, and working on self-love. I am enough. You are enough, as you are right this moment. I can honestly say, taking the time to work on your self-love, understanding the experiences that have shaped you, and taking steps forward will change your life. All for the better.
