What's Your Place Of Recovery?

This week on the pod we talk about making rest a priority. We all know we need it! I couldn't imagine if I weren't able to get just a little down time from all of my responsibilities. This down time can come in many different forms.

Something we need to keep in mind while we search for this time for ourselves is to make sure our wives are also getting their fair share of rest and rejuvenation. If you can think back to a space when she simply didn't have the energy for you then maybe take another look at how your can give her some of her own space.

Just saying, I'm sure she'll appreciate your consideration and you may even get rewarded for your efforts!
