Put Your Mask On First

This week landed on a topic of great importance! 
Put your mask on first is something that we typically hear on a flight before take-off. But, what if as husbands we took the same frame of thought before hopping into a marriage.
What if, while we are already in a marriage we chose to make ourselves better and healthier so we could be the best versions of ourselves for our families?

I choose to believe that we have the ability to accomplish these kinds of goals.
This is what this community is about. We can support each other and have conversations about real things that are happening in our lives so we know there are others whom we can relate to. There are others we can communicate with and also learn from. There are others we can teach from our experiences and even some of the mistakes we've made.
