➡️Mental Health relates to your psychological, emotional and social well-being.  In short, we're discussing how you think, how you feel and how you interact with people.  Your mental health affects your behaviors and choices.  Millions of Americans suffer from mental health disorders and the goal of Mental Health Awareness initiatives is to #breakthestigma.
From Generalized Anxiety Disorder to ADD/ADHD, we are all affected by mental health disorders in some form or fashion. 

➡️In my opinion, disorders are not sicknesses.  First one must understand that as humans we have the power of "order"; a disorder is anything that negates this power.  Our power of order allows us to efficiently and productively plan and manage our lives in the direction of our vision.  Anything that slows us down or makes us less productive in pursuit of this is a disorder.  With this in mind, screen addiction is real and a serious threat to your mental health.  Watch this content sparingly and be sure to go outside and get some fresh air!!!
