On this episode of March Forth with Mike Bauman, Mike chats with Ben DeHan & Lauren White!

Based out of Baltimore, Ben and Lauren are not only a musical duo, but also husband and wife-to-be. With Lauren on the cello and Ben handling vocals and guitar, the pair has a pop-punk sound described as somewhere between Machine Gun Kelly and Angels & Airwaves. Lauren's playing paired with Ben's heartfelt vocals and guitar chops gives their sound a unique, emotive feel that helps them stand out and resonate with listeners.

In September, Ben released his debut EP entitled New Nostalgia. The five-track EP was produced by Sam Pura, who's worked with the likes of The Dangerous Summer, Hundredth, State Champs and The Story So Far, among others.

On this episode, Ben & Lauren talk with Mike about how they met, Ben not initially knowing that Lauren played a mean cello, their earliest musical memories, making New Nostalgia, their musical synergy, working with the aforementioned Sam Pura, Toledo accents, and more.

This episode of March Forth with Mike Bauman also features Ben & Lauren's track "Think I Want" off of New Nostalgia, available where you get your music!
