Last week, I shared with you  Luskin's ideas about forgiveness, including the idea that we need to learn how to forgive for our health.  Luskin describes the challenge we each face when we have not forgiven someone of the planes that never land. The grievances we have which prevent us from living fully in the present and having control over how we live and feel.
