It's Tuesday and I'm feeling great! I got started on my Great Cycle Challenge and am prepared for a decent ride tonight. As I forge forward on this task, I am stricken at how much of the curriculum on the Manana No Mas! learning site I apply to my life. "After the Challenge" to stay motivated on fitness, "I Believe" for when I start to hesitate, "Goal 365" to keep the big picture in the frame and so on.
