Man Chat

12 episodes - English - Latest episode: over 2 years ago -

Each week we will bring you relevant topics that we feel will be impacting men’s mental health or wider topics that we believe have an effect on men's mental health.

Our goal is to make talking about mental health as a man become a natural thing. We hope that by calling out and discussing the latest events it will help men realise they aren’t alone and are one of many.

We will also be trying to give our best advice to help solve the problems that you’re facing with your mind. Please send us what is troubling you and we will do our best to give sensible, productive advice.

And finally, as we believe in the importance of sharing your mental health, each week we will share the highs and lows from our week. We would also love to hear about your highs or lows and get you involved in the show.

This is a show for men to switch off to and hopefully encourage you to start talking and thinking about your mental health.

Enjoy!
