Christina is a nutritionist and health coach trained in functional medicine, an evidence-based, personalized approach to healthcare that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. She received her B.A. summa cum laude (top 1%) and Phi Beta Kappa from New York University (NYU) and holds a Master’s of Science (M.S.) in Nutrition & Integrative Health with a concentration in Clinical Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is also a graduate of the School of Applied Functional Medicine and the Institute for Integrative Health, where she became certified as a holistic health coach. She has extensive clinical experience in helping people heal from disordered eating, anxiety, depression, insomnia, autoimmune disease, hormonal imbalances, and digestive conditions.  She has been a regular lecturer on topics in health and wellness at companies such as Facebook and currently serves as the Lead Health Coach, Parsley Health
