Rebecca left the corporate world three years ago to start her own business. It was tough. About six months into her new venture, she found out she had a very unhealthy relationship with alcohol. So, how does a health coach have a drinking problem? It boils down to self-worth. After embarking in a six-month alcohol-free journey, Rebecca knew that she could help others, too. This is why Rebecca created Sexy Sobriety to help other women overcome their self-worth demons and get over their addiction to alcohol.

Maven Moment:
My conversation with Rebecca really sparked to new heights when we started talking about burn out. Rebecca said on the interview that wellness practitioners have an advantage when it comes to burn out because we’re so, so integrated into a healthy lifestyle, but it takes a lot of self-awareness and understanding for us to actually end up slowing down. I completely agree! At the end of the show, I share my story about burn out, and you don’t want to miss it!
