Welcome back to the podcast, today is a solo episode and it’s an episode I really wanted to share this week because I’ve just finished the launch of my membership You Can Sit With Us.

It’s really important to me that as a team we evaluate how a launch has gone straight away because that analysis allows us to identify what went right and what went wrong, and once you have that information you can put all those findings into practice and that’s how you can improve on your launches time and time again.

When it comes to teaching others I think it’s key to be fully transparent, so we don't only shout about the good stuff, but share where we can improve as well, and I learned a lot from this launch because we actually didn't hit our targets and it didn't all go to plan.

So join me on this review of my latest launch!

What You'll Learn In This Episode:

The gaps we identified in our messaging and how we didn’t shout loud enough that the membership is now open to male and female business owners.

My evaluation of a festival launch, what I learned and what I would do differently the next time we launch this way.

The challenges we faced with third party software, how we utilised our email list and the role it played in our sales.

Why I believe there really is no such thing as failure when it comes to launches, and why we must always be evolving our launch strategies.
