Marliyn Moss of Functional Fitness Guru (@MarilynMossFit on IG) has been in the health and fitness industry for more than 20 years. She started my career as the Director or Exercise at the world famous Pritikin Longevity Center in Miami, FL. While at Pritikin she developed and implemented programs on subjects including cardiovascular fitness, heart disease and relaxation techniques, and working with dieticians and psycologists to deliver safe and effective programs for participants.

Today, she designs personalized fitness programs and develops workshops and seminars on a variety of subjects including avoiding workplace injuries, preventing low back problems and carpal tunnel syndrome, weight loss, using food as fuel and how to eat properly.
