Being coachable means having an open and receptive mindset, a willingness to learn, and a readiness to implement feedback and guidance. It is a key factor in maximizing the benefits of the coach-client relationship and accelerating personal growth and development.

Being coachable also involves actively listening and being open to feedback. This means setting aside any preconceived notions or defensiveness and truly absorbing the insights and suggestions provided by your coach. By doing so, you demonstrate respect for your coach's expertise and enable them to guide you towards the most effective strategies and solutions for you.

Today on the Make More Money as a Dietitian Podcast, I share how you can create a powerful synergy with your coach to unlock your full potential and achieve greater success.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN THIS EPISODE What it means to be coachable. Why “commitment ahead of time” is the key ingredient for getting the results you came for.  The #1 reason why most people hire coaches and don’t get their desired outcome (think: mindset).
