My guest today is Arianne Rice.

Arianne is an Episcopal priest, Certified Daring Way Facilitator, and Leadership Coach.  She’s also a returning guest to the Make Life Less Difficult podcast!

Our first conversation is captured on episode 17, so please listen there to hear more about Arianne and her journey.

Since our first conversation, I’ve had it in mind to ask Arianne to come back and talk about some additional parts of her journey and now here we are.

Today we talk through some pretty heavy topics including grief, sadness, and the loss of Arianne’s sister to suicide.  As you listen, please take care of yourself first and foremost, even if that means not listening.  The importance of self-care is something Arianne points out as crucial to helping our loved ones who are struggling.

If you or someone you love is struggling with suicidal thoughts, depression, feeling alone and disconnected, please know you are not alone.  We’ve included a list of resources in the show notes.  Please reach out for help.  You are not alone.

Arianne, thank you for returning to the podcast, sharing deeply from your life, your loss, and your loving wisdom.
