ABOUT SURAYA NIKWAN

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and an Accredited Practising Nutritionist (AN). This means that I completed four years of university to achieve these titles.

John Paul College was my primary and secondary school. Fresh out of school, I obtained my qualifications by heading to Bond University and completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science. I’ve always been passionate about nutrition and food. Driven by this, I then channeled my energy to complete a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics (Research) at Griffith University.

I established our primary practice, Simple and Easy Nutrition in 2014. Now, I am teaming up with the Moderation Clinic and Dr Jason Wong to provide high-quality dietetic support on the Northside.

I manage a great team of supportive dietitians to guide you through weight loss surgery, cardiovascular nutrition (hypertension and hyperlipidemia), management of diabetes mellitus , reflux, sensible weight loss, eating disorders and normalising eating disorder management, and malnutrition.

Myself and my team be more than happy to meet you to assist you in your dietary needs.
