As an exercise psychologist, Kait (Coach) Carmichael began studying sleep as it related to exercise. But the more she learned, the more obsessed she became with understanding the bidirectional relationship between the two. Now as a Ph.D. student, Kait examines sleep and athletic performance in the lab, while sharing sleep hygiene practices, wellness tips, exercise science, and psychological principles on her Instagram.
