My intention for today’s episode is to help you become so in love with yourself, with your rhythms, and with your needs that you are completely aware, every single day! I’ve been doing this internal work myself a lot lately, and as a result, I’ve had more compassion, more kindness, and more space for both myself and others. 

 

So, how could you be more aware of yourself right now? What are you feeling? Does your body need something right now? What is your mind telling you about yourself? What are you thinking about, in general, right now?
