Welcome back, my loves! Per request of our amazing tribe, we will dive into the topics of anxiety, conscious creativity, staying sane this September, and the freedom to flow. The goal is to create a conscious life where you are THRIVING! So I’ll give you some prompts to help you become aware of your triggers, along with a four letter word to help you be in your state of flow, and release anxiety and tension you may be holding.
