On this weeks episode of Made to Measure, we are joined by David Palmer.
David is an experienced Estimator and Quantity Surveyor, originally from Scotland – David now lives in Perth where he lectures in estimating, quantity surveying and cost management. He is also the Author of the OUA Analytical Estimating Course and is the first ever Author we’ve had on the show.
Before this david worked as State Manager for Western Australia for the Global Consultancy Gleeds and for over 20 years has held Senior Estimator and QS roles for various main contractors and consultancies throughout Australia and the United Kingdom.
He has a passion for 5D BIM Quantity Surveying & Estimating and alongside his lecturing he has his own professional consulting practice offering advice and strategic solutions in this area.
It was great speaking with David who has so much to offer those within the QS and Estimating industry and is a real advocate for professional development within the area.
